Wind up (or come up slightly) the Tan Sau Hand, and hit to the center of the chest
The Fook Sau Hand should not move very much at all when attacking
The person that is on the receiving end of the Palm Strike should be giving a little bit of structure for the person the attack through but not too much so that they cannot hit.
