Key points:
1. Chor Ma stance is both partners standing at a 45 degree angle
2. Bong Sau position:
- Elbow higher than shoulder
- Shoulder higher than hand
3. Lop Sau Position:
- Elbows need to be down creating a triangle position
- One hand controlling with a sunk wrist
- One hand in a fist with elbow in
4. When your partner grabs and hits (lop sau motion) pop your elbow up to Bong Sau simultaneously circling your Wu Sau back. Bong Sau and Wu Sau should end simultaneously.
5. Remember to test your partner by stopping in Bong Sau position from time to time working on the sensitivity side of the drill.
