Assignments are to be sent in bi-weekly or Twice a month; please keep track of them yourself
Please make videos short and concise
Partner drills are to be shown on both sides per person
The assignments are designed to keep you on a linear path for your own development but remember to practice everything starting from the beginning
Please allow me up to 5 days for a response
